What and why we process
FOCALUNE processes a selected or captured photo, the chosen mode, generated candidates and limited operational information only to provide, secure and troubleshoot the service.
Retention and deletion
Original cloud uploads and generated customer content are designed to be deleted within 24 hours under normal operational conditions. Local history remains on the user's device until removed by the user or the app is uninstalled.
No training
FOCALUNE does not permit customer photos or results to be used to train provider or FOCALUNE models. Production providers must meet this requirement before real-person processing is enabled.
Required exceptions
Any legally required or mandatory safety retention exception must be explicitly disclosed, minimized and separately approved through privacy review. It is not normal provider retention.
Providers and transfers
Before launch, this policy will identify provider categories, processing regions, subprocessors and safeguards based on the approved production configuration.
